Apply to a clean, dry spot. Avoid serums or oils underneath the patch — they'll compromise adhesion. Press for ten seconds. Wear for six to eight hours: overnight, through a workout, or all afternoon. Remove and discard when the hydrocolloid turns opaque.
Tip: for larger spots, layer two patches at slightly different angles for full coverage.
