This page explains how Squish Skincare handles information on our prelaunch website, squishskincare.com.

When you join the waitlist

We collect your email address, the time you signed up, the signup form used, and a record of the launch-email consent you gave. We use these details to manage the waitlist and send Squish launch updates and the link to shop when the drop is available.

Our email provider, Resend, stores the contact list and subscription status. Joining is optional. The site does not currently accept orders or payment details.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we use PostHog to measure page visits, clicks to the waitlist, form starts, form errors and successful signups. We send a random visit identifier, the page path, form location, and limited campaign tags. Your email address is not sent to PostHog. We do not enable session recording or advertising pixels.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. A random visit identifier is kept in session storage only when analytics is enabled. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the homepage footer. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional analytics off. You can join the email waitlist whether or not you allow analytics.

Hosting and security

Vercel hosts the website and its server functions. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our form uses validation, a spam-trap field and request limits.

Who receives information

Resend, PostHog when you opt in, and Vercel process information to provide the services described here. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or contact hello@squishskincare.com. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

We retain contact details while you are subscribed and, where needed, retain an opt-out record so we can honor your preferences. You can request deletion. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved analytics choice.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.
